The people their went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with the truck Instead of throwing parts at me,they actually cared about finding out what was the problem. The front end staff were great too,made me feel welcome, highly recommended for your work and patience. Fantastic shop!!!

We purchased a vacuum truck through R James in red deer and have had absolutely great service., but a couple of days ago, the service department went above and beyond. I was traveling just outside of red deer and blew a belt. Hauling a load of water at -40 degrees in the wind.. l called western star , Jason rounded up parts and Tyler actually drove to me and replaced belts and had me on my way in probably around a half hour. So anybody look for great service , these people are fantastic!thank you guys!!!

The people in service were AWESOME. They got on top of my trailer issue as soon as I arrived. Even though it was cold outside I believe it was Tyler he went through the whole system to get me up and running . I would recommend them to anyone . Thanks again . Todd Robbins with Nalco Champion Leduc

Fantastic prices and service. The parts guys are awesome, one of my favorite places to shop. Always greeted with a smile by Charlene, and leaving laughing my butt off! There is no sales person on staff so the service manager helped out with giving me the keys to view a new truck. No specs were available or price. With people looking for work, there should be someone available to provide a better sales experience?

The mechanics are very good they explain to me in detail what was going on with my truck.And shop foremen explained it all to me as well. They are good at what they do. In my book they are 5 star.I have 30 years in the driver seat of a truck.They had time to hear what I had to say and that is something you don't get very often anymore. So my hat is off to them good job.

Always available to service my trucks. Knowledgeable mechanics and shop staff who go the extra mile to explain the repairs and future preventative maintenance. Parts guys are great as well. RJames is the only one to touch my trucks, awesome guys!
